Improve the quality of the parts you buy and, in turn, the quality of your own products using SupplyOn's nine structured steps for a transparent complaints process.

 

Use SupplyOn to transfer complaints from your own internal QM system to your suppliers, or create complaints directly on the SupplyOn platform. Your suppliers can then work through any complaints online in a structured manner using for example the 8D methodology. Everyone involved is shown the current status until the problem is finally solved and the appropriate corrective actions have been taken.
