If you would like to work with the SupplyOn Services, you must meet following technical requirements as listed below.

• PC with Internet access and the following minimum requirements:
  • The PC has a minimum frequency of 500 MHz and a central memory of 128 Mbytes.
  • The monitor has a minimum resolution of 800 x 600 pixels and 256 colours (better: a resolution of 1024 x 786 and high colour). 
  • The Internet connection must support a minimum transfer rate of 56 Kbit per second (better: ISDN line, DSL line or leased line). 
  • Internet browser: You can use the SupplyOn Browser Test to check out easily and quickly whether your Internet browser complies with the requirements. The document browser requirements provides you detailed information, if you need further assistance.

• Your network environment:
  • Firewall configuration: Your firewall must allow HTTP & HTTPS
  • Proxy-Server: Possibility of HTTP-GET and HTTP-PUT

All information you confide to us will be safely transferred over the Internet. We use a transfer matrix method that is based on SSL (Secure Socket Layer-) Protocol. By using the SSL-Protocol, the entire data transmission between your browser and the SupplyOn server is encrypted. Thus your data will be protected from any unauthorized access by third parties.
