Every technical solution is only as good as its user. For this reason, training and user support have an important role in the SupplyOn service concept. In on-site or Web-based training sequences, the training participants learn how to use the SupplyOn solutions.
A 24-hour, seven days a week user hotline is available in five languages for individual queries of a technical or product-specific nature.

4. Hosting and Operation of SupplyOn Applications
All software infrastructures are hosted and operated by an external service provider who has many years of experience with systems, which must fulfill the extremely high security and availability requirements.
In conjunction with the operation, continuous quality assurance also plays an important role. SupplyOn guarantees this with an innovative certification of the entire company and its services in accordance with BS (British Standard) 7799.

5. Further Development and Release Management
Through further development and Release Management of the SupplyOn applications and through the implementation of service packs and new versions, the solutions are continuously adapted to the current requirements of the market: without you having to conduct expensive and personnel-intensive application maintenance in your company.
