OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturer 

An OEM is a company whose product components are used by one or more companies to produce a product that is then to be sold under its own brand name. OFTP - ODETTE File Transfer Protocol 

The ODETTE File Transfer Protocol is a widely-used standard in the area of electronic data interchange (EDI). It can also be used to transmit CAD data on X.25 networks, ISDN lines or TCP/IP networks (Internet). EDI/EDIFACT data, too, can be transmitted using OFTP.
