Problem Solver: Now with Ishikawa, 5-Why and Drill Deep and Wide

SupplyOn developed the Problem Solver completely new for an efficient complaints process based on the 8D method. The most important new features include a series of innovative problem solution methods, which allow the true causes of a problem to be identified and removed. Included here are the Ishikawa and 5-Why analyses, and the "Drill Deep and Wide" method. These are seamlessly integrated in the Problem Solver into the problem solution's eight steps, so that multiple information recording is avoided. The supplier is also supported during the complaint processing with upload and download options based on the QDX 2.0 (Quality Data Exchange) standard format for integrating data into their internal quality management system.

The new Problem Solver also provides a convenient web frontend for the buyer side. The user has the choice of either sending a complaint to the supplier from the internal quality management system via SupplyOn, or creating it directly on SupplyOn and processing it online.

WebEDI: Now even more international and flexible

SupplyOn extended its WebEDI/EDI solution for logistics and financial processes. The latest innovations in particular simplify the use of the solution with international business partners, and therefore global supplier integration. The application, which is already provided in seven languages (German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese/Mandarin), is now also available in Slovakian.

Another new feature is the future supporting of the US American AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group) transport label when sending delivery and transport data (Advanced Shipping Notifications - ASNs). Companies can also select whether they want to use metric or imperial dimensions and weights. With these innovations, SupplyOn also ensures that the solution is optimized for global use.
