SupplyOn has optimized its Internet services for efficient supplier management in the automotive and production industry and added new functionalities. In the enhancement of the four applications Sourcing Manager, Document Manager, Performance Monitor and Problem Solver, the company was mainly concerned with improving user-friendliness and process reliability. As in the past these releases were implemented in close collaboration with SupplyOn users.

The most important new functionalities are outlined below:

• The two solutions SupplyOn Problem Solver for handling complaints and SupplyOn Performance Monitor for communicating supplier evaluations are now interlinked. This allows suppliers to view a summary of the complaints data that have been included in their performance evaluation. This data is linked in turn to the detailed data in Problem Solver. This makes it easier for suppliers to understand the evaluation data they receive from their customers via SupplyOn.
  
  
• In SupplyOn Document Manager the search options and download possibilities have been expanded. After performing a search, for example, users can now download multiple documents all at once in a single ZIP file. Another new feature is the reporting function, which allows the supplier to check at any point which documents have been accepted or rejected.
  
  
• SupplyOn Sourcing Manager includes new functionalities that significantly increase process reliability, for example the sending of e-mails to everyone recorded in the system as a representative of the recipient.
