As part of our structured onboarding process, you will get to know all of SupplyOn’s departments in the first few weeks, giving you a deep insight into our solutions, processes and structures right from the start. Colleagues from your team will be available to answer any questions you may have. We also use the probationary period for regular feedback meetings.

Of course, we determine together with you how many hours you want to and can work. As far as the working hours are concerned, we are very flexible.

The easiest way is via our job portal – there you can enter the information we need and submit your documents within a few minutes. You will then immediately receive a confirmation of receipt.

The more you show us of your personality and expertise, the better your application will look. Therefore, it is best to send us your structured resume and briefly describe what excites you about the desired position. Of course, you are also welcome to submit certificates or other references.

We are open to people who have acquired their skills in a way other than the traditional way or who bring additional skills with them. Please tell us what drives and distinguishes you and how you would like to contribute. We look forward to receiving your application!

If you have any questions about the application or the company in general, the recruiting team will be happy to answer them at any time – you can find their contact details at the bottom of this page. During the interviews, representatives of the department will also be happy to help you with technical questions.

Usually, we conduct the first interview via video conference or telephone. In this meeting, we would like to get a first impression of you and give you the opportunity to get to know us as an employer. In a further step, we will invite you to a personal meeting in our office and – together with your future team – discuss professional topics. 

We appreciate each other and like casual interaction. That is why we wear the clothes in which we feel comfortable.

We store and process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). We treat your information strictly confidential. If we do not find a suitable position for you, we will delete all data upon delivery of the rejection after expiration of legal retention periods.

Students & Interns

We are regularly looking for talented and committed students who want to gain practical experience. At SupplyOn, you can quickly take on responsibility for challenging tasks and exciting projects. This gives you a wide range of opportunities to develop in an innovative environment and make a real contribution with your efforts! If there are no suitable positions advertised at the moment, a speculative application is often worthwhile.

You can expect study-friendly, flexible working hours (at least 10, maximum 20 hours per week, during semester breaks even more), the possibility of mobile work and attractive benefits.

We are very interested in offering talented students who have already worked for us during their studies the prospect of a permanent position. In recent years, we have been able to hire many of our students on a permanent basis.

Apprenticeship & Pupils

We offer apprenticeships for the professions of Apprenticeship for IT Management Systems (m/f/d), Apprenticeship for IT System Integration (m/f/d), Apprenticeship for IT Application Development (m/f/d) and Apprenticeship for IT Data and Process Analysis (m/f/d). We usually publish all open apprenticeship positions on our job portal at the turn of the year.

Apprentices who successfully complete their apprenticeship at SupplyOn have very good chances of being hired full-time. We strive to offer all apprentices a long-term perspective, insofar as job planning permits.
