You have the opportunity to complete an IT specialist apprenticeship with us and acquire extensive theoretical and practical knowledge in a modern IT company as part of this dual apprenticeship.

We are very happy to offer our successful apprentices a permanent position after they have completed their apprenticeship.

Our apprenticeships

The start of the apprenticeship at SupplyOn is always September 1st of the respective year. You can find all open apprenticeship positions in our job portal.

Apprenticeship for IT Management Systems (m/f/d)

You learn programming languages (e.g. Java) and develop and test standard software solutions and user interfaces in the cloud. You will also work with databases (Oracle) and gain insights into data modeling.

Apprenticeship for IT System Integration (m/f/d)

You plan, implement and support hardware and software solutions and administer systems and networks. You also provide support in maintenance, error analysis and troubleshooting.

Apprenticeship for IT Data and Process Analysis (m/f/d)

You learn to assess and implement customer-specific requirements. To do this, you will work with databases and learn data analysis methods (keyword: Big Data). You will also prepare data and present the results.

Apprenticeship for IT Application Development (m/f/d)

You create offers and work independently on the downstream business processes. You develop concepts for communication and realise them on different communication channels. In addition, you are actively involved in projects from planning to implementation and you present technical processes in workshops.

Your path to SupplyOn

We work as an agile recruiting team, which means that you get to know your future team members right from the start. This gives you the opportunity to get an idea of our corporate culture, working atmosphere and team spirit.

1. Online application

The best way to submit your application is online via our job portal. The more you show us about your personality and expertise, the better your application will appear. Therefore, it’s best to send us your structured resume and briefly describe what excites you about the desired position.

2. Review of the documents

You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Recruiting and in the department will then check your documents.

3. Getting to know each other

In a telephone or personal meeting, we get to know each other. Usually, both Recruiting and the business unit are represented.

4. Contract offer

If both parties agree, we will promptly submit a contract offer to you.

5. Onboarding

To ensure a smooth start at SupplyOn, you will complete our structured onboarding process at the beginning.

Your start with us

It is very important to us to involve new colleagues from the very beginning and to integrate them into their teams. As part of our structured onboarding process, you will get to know all of SupplyOn’s business units in the first few weeks, giving you a deep insight into our solutions, processes and structures right from the start.

Introduction & Setup

On your first day, we will provide you with modern IT equipment and ensure that all accesses function correctly. We will then give you a general introduction to the SupplyOn organization.

Business unit presentations

During your first weeks with us, we will invite you to various appointments where we will introduce you in detail to all of SupplyOn’s corporate and product areas.

Subject-specific training

Even before you start, your future team will prepare an individual training plan for you. This way, we ensure that you can quickly work independently and network within the company.
