Are you interested in a practice-oriented apprenticeship in a dynamic company? Get to know our apprenticeships

We offer the following apprenticeships:

Apprenticeship for IT Management Systems (m/f/d)

You learn programming languages (e.g. Java) and develop and test standard software solutions and user interfaces in the cloud. You will also work with databases (Oracle) and gain insights into data modeling.

Apprenticeship for IT System Integration (m/f/d)

You plan, implement and support hardware and software solutions and administer systems and networks. You also provide support in maintenance, error analysis and troubleshooting.

Apprenticeship for IT Data and Process Analysis (m/f/d)

You learn to assess and implement customer-specific requirements. To do this, you will work with databases and learn data analysis methods (keyword: Big Data). You will also prepare data and present the results.

Apprenticeship for IT Application Development (m/f/d)

You create offers and work independently on the downstream business processes. You develop concepts for communication and realise them on different communication channels. In addition, you are actively involved in projects from planning to implementation and you present technical processes in workshops.

Your apprenticeship start date and location

Our apprenticeships always start on September 1 each year. You can find all open apprenticeships in our job portal.

The apprenticeship takes place at our headquarters in Hallbergmoos, our location near Munich. Here you can expect modern working conditions and a friendly working atmosphere.

FAQ IT Apprenticeship at SupplyOn in Munich

The regular training period is 3 years.

In our hybrid working model, we value a balanced mix of remote and office work. Your presence in the office enables us to work effectively as a team and you, as a trainee, to receive personal training. At the same time, we offer flexible working hours and the opportunity to work remotely and within the framework of our company regulations from other European countries.

You will get to know your future team members right from the start. This will give you the opportunity to gain an impression of our corporate culture, working atmosphere and how we work together.

1. Online application

The best way to send us your application is online via our job portal. The more you show us about your personality and expertise, the better your application will look. It is therefore best to send us your structured CV and briefly describe what appeals to you about the position you are applying for.

2. Review of the documents

You will first receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Recruiting and the specialist department will then check your documents.

3. Introductory meeting

We get to know each other over the phone or in person. Usually, both Recruiting and the specialist department are represented.

4. Contract Offer

If it suits both parties, we will make you a contract offer very quickly.

5. Onboarding

To give you a smooth start at SupplyOn, you will go through our structured onboarding process at the beginning.

Excellent Job Prospects: We are interested in long-term collaboration and strive to offer all our apprentices a long-term perspective. We are very happy to hire our apprentices into permanent positions, provided they are suitably qualified.

Your onboarding as an apprentice

It is very important to us to involve new apprentices right from the start and integrate them into their teams. You will receive a detailed, very comprehensive induction plan from us.

In various modules, you will get to know our respective departments, their tasks and contact persons at first hand. At a joint kick-off, you will build up a network with other new and existing employees and find out who you can contact if you have any questions.

As part of our structured onboarding process, you will get to know all of SupplyOn’s specialist departments in the first few weeks, giving you a deep insight into our solutions, processes and structures right from the start.

Introduction & Setup

On your first day, we will first equip you with modern IT equipment and ensure that all access functions correctly. We will then give you a general introduction to the SupplyOn organization.

Department Introductions

During your first few weeks with us, we will invite you to various meetings where we will introduce you to all SupplyOn company and product areas in detail.

Department-Specific Onboarding

Even before you start, your future team will draw up an individual induction plan for you. This will ensure that you can quickly work independently and network within the company.

We are happy to offer our apprentices a permanent position after they have completed their training if they are suitable.
