Product Owners and Product Managers bring different perspectives together. Both keep the market and our customers in mind. The Product Manager is responsible for the product’s long-term vision and strategic direction. The Product Owner works closely with the development team, incorporates relevant market and customer requirements, and translates them into clear priorities and next steps. Through close collaboration, they connect strategy with execution and develop solutions that deliver real value to our customers.
It’s a combination of both. As a Product Owner, you work at the intersection of these two worlds. You understand what our customers need and how the product should evolve. At the same time, you work closely with our development teams and can assess technical considerations. You don’t need to write code yourself. What matters most is your ability to bring business and technical perspectives together and use them to set the right priorities for the product’s continued development.
