To qualify as a Top Company 2024, the following requirements must be met within the last twelve months (from 01.10.2023):

• At least seven reviews from employees since the profile was created
• A score of at least 3.8 stars, both overall and for employee reviews
• A rating score of at least 3.8 stars from employees in the past twelve months
• At least two new employee reviews in the last twelve months. An updated rating also counts as a new rating

Of all the employer awards on the market, kununu’s Top Company award is the most widely recognized in the entire German-speaking region.
