As an interface between product, customer service, design, and strategy units, I support the design and implementation of digital processes related to invoicing and help systems. My focus is on structured, solution-oriented project management to ensure transparency, efficiency, and user-friendliness.
I also drive the continuous improvement of solutions, working methods, and processes by questioning the status quo in order to simplify work, make it more efficient, and create real added value for the team and users. Appreciative communication, clear structures, and a shared understanding of goals are the basis for successful collaboration for me—whether with internal departments, external partners, or our customers.
