The results of the study clearly indicate that the ongoing digitalization across all levels of the supply chain is one of the most important factors to help meet future challenges in the aerospace industry.

It analyzes the current situation of supply chain digitalization among aerospace suppliers, looking both at inbound and outbound supply chains and the degree of digitalization of the different supply chain processes. Moreover, it also discusses the obstacles preventing a further integration, the challenges of the next five years as well as effective measures to counter these challenges.
