Our climate strategy

We pursue the reduction of our CO2 emissions consistently at all levels: in our corporate group (Scope 1 + 2) as well as in our upstream supply chain (Scope 3). In addition, we provide our customers with considerable support in reaching their climate objectives with targeted solutions.

Our green goal

Fighting climate change has become an increasingly urgent problem. The impact on nature – and therefore on people – is being experienced to an ever-increasing degree around the world. As a global company leading the way in supply chain innovation, we are passionate about being sustainable and integrating it into all aspects of our daily operations.

Our commitment to sustainable thinking and action ensures that our growth goes hand in hand with environmental protection. For example, we are consistently pursuing our climate strategy and have set ourselves the goal of reducing our emissions and those of our suppliers by 30% by 2030 compared to 2019.

We have analyzed our carbon footprint, identified savings potential and implemented first measures to reduce CO2.

Scope 3: We take on responsibility!

Sustainability doesn’t stop at the company gate for us. We also take responsibility for the emissions that we cause indirectly – in other words, that are generated by the operations of our service providers acting on behalf of SupplyOn. For this reason, we work closely with our business partners and support them in becoming themselves more efficient as well. Our ambitious goal here, too: to reduce our emissions by 30% by 2030.

This is an extremely challenging target, as our servers are already powered 100% by electricity from renewable energy sources.
