SupplyOn offers a revision-safe archiving solution with the new AirSupply release

SupplyOn AG, provider of the shared supply chain collaboration platform of global manufacturing companies, presents a new release of the aerospace SCM solution AirSupply. In addition to a series of functional expansions, the new version enables revision-safe archiving of order and delivery data. Items are stored in a structure similar to a database, thereby enabling extensive retrievals of archived data. Based on this data, it is possible to create comprehensive reports. Archiving in AirSupply is automated: A period of time is defined for each item type. At the end of this period, the item is automatically transferred to the archive.

Revision-safe archiving of data is a very important functionality in order to fulfil compliance requirements. With this new functionality SupplyOn ensures that historical data does not impair the application performance and is archived in such a way that easy access is possible at all times. Users can view the results of their archive searches depending on the usage purpose in different formats (HTML, CSV and XLS).
