40 percent more customers, faster access to applications and service delivery in additional Asian languages

SupplyOn AG, provider of the leading platform for cross-company cooperation in the manufacturing industry, is further expanding its activities in Asia. The number of Asian companies who use SupplyOn to handle purchase, logistics and quality management processes with their business partners transparently and efficiently has risen by 40 percent to more than 1,200 in the past twelve months.

Due to this intensive use, SupplyOn is continuously expanding its range of services for Asian companies: In March 2012, the WebEDI application for handling logistics and financial processes with suppliers went online in Japanese and Korean. By the end of the year, SupplyOn will also offer the entire solution portfolio and customer support in these two languages. All of SupplyOn's services are also available in German, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Chinese (Mandarin).

The great challenge in providing online services in Asia is the speed of data transfer. SupplyOn has therefore teamed up with a local partner to implement a content delivery network with locally distributed servers. As a result, user access times have been slashed and so customer satisfaction boosted.
