Business development team mainly takes two roles - ‘Diplomatist’ and ‘Doctor’. As a ‘Diplomatist’, I am responsible for all marketing activities and external communication in Asia. As a ‘Doctor’, I am helping customers to diagnose their pain points and propose a ‘prescription’.

With my former experience as Consultant and Consulting Manager in the company for 7 years, I am familiar with the processes and challenges of the branch and support customers and colleagues in terms of requirement analysis and solution proposals. Therefore I could contribute some interesting topics and experience from two roles to this blog.
